Blog 3 - The Role of Technology in my Profession and life

 For the times we live in, technology is essential, because due to the coronavirus pandemic we had to adapt to teleworking, and in my case to online classes. From the moment I get up until I go to sleep, technology accompanies me: the computer to learn and do work, my headphones, my favorite piece of technology because they allow me to listen to music wherever I am, and the cell phone to communicate and have fun and even more important to record the videos that they ask me for in my career. I study Cinema and TV, therefore, I require many technological instruments such as cameras; the microphones; lighting, the computer to write and edit our work after being shot; After this, the material must be distributed through different audiovisual media such as streaming platforms, the same cinema that projects the films on a large screen or television.

                               

In general, I do not like to use many technological devices, I prefer not to use them and occupy my free time in other activities such as reading a good book by Gabriel García Márquez, walking my dogs or spend family time, although I also watch series and movies. Even though there isn't even a TV in my room. However, circumstances often make using technological devices necessary at a communicative and academic level.
